Groovy Cookie Decorating Class

Join me on Saturday June 7 at Mad Rooster Beer Co. in Fayetteville from 4-7pm to learn how to decorate this groovy cookie set! 

I will take you step by step through each cookie, demonstrating live for you. 

Skill Level: Beginner

Duration: 3 hours

Designs Covered: 6

Supplies provided to each student: 

  • 1 cookie sheet 

  • 10 tipless piping bags with colored icing

  • 1 cookie scribe

  • 1 practice sheet

  • 6 butter vanilla sugar cookies

  • Paper towels

Skills covered in this class:

  • Two consistency outline and flood

  • Working with tipless bags (and cutting tipless bags)

  • Wet on wet technique

  • Preventing craters

  • Answers to any questions you have about baking roll out cookies and decorating with royal icing
